General Terms and Delivery

Nesef will accept orders when they are made by either telephone, mail or email. By ordering, general terms are automatically accepted by the client. Make sure your email- address is excising and correct, so that we can confirm and deal with your order in a correct way. Ordered goods will be sent after payment is received.
Prices of goods for individuals can be found in the price-list, they include VAT but exclude cost of delivery.
Therapists, coaches and resellers
For therapists, coaches and resellers, specific terms are available when requested.

After you place your order, an order-confirmation and invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible by mail or email. The conformation states the total amount of the ordered goods, as well as cost of delivery. Further more, you find all necessary details about the company and ways of payment. If a product is temporarily not available, it will also be stated in the confirmation, as well as the expected time of delivery. During holidays the order confirmation may be a little late. When your payment has been received, the goods will be sent on to you. Goods that are out of stock will be sent later.

We deliver both inside and outside the EU. Deliveries will take place only after the full amount, including cost of delivery, has been credited to the company account. Unless other written arrangements have been made by both parties. In case of a misunderstanding clearly due to writing or typing errors Nesef is not obliged to deliver the goods for the price mentioned. This also applies for prices given by email. Goods will be sent to the postal address given by you. Nesef is not responsible for any consequences in case of incorrect addressing due to client mistakes. Nesef is not responsible for mistakes or errors made by you in your order after payment has been received. Nor does Nesef bear responsibility for mistakes made by a third party. Nesef company guarantees quality. Further transaction, packaging and sending will be dealt with the best possible care.

Time of delivery
In most cases,your order will be sent to you within 5 workdays after payment has been received. In Holland this means you will receive your order after 1 or 2 days. Outside Holland it will take up to 3 to 8 days. During holidays and in case of a product not being in stock it may take a bit longer. You will be notified by means of the order-confirmation. Nesef can not accept responsibility for any delay.

The total amount of the invoice: products and cost of delivery has to be settled beforehand, stating the invoice-number. This can done by:
transferring to the Nesef account
pay in cash, only possible when confirmed by telephone

Delivery and cost of delivery
Generally, orders will be sent by a transport-company. Tariffs are mentioned in the pricelist. Prices vary according the size and weight of the goods. If orders reach a certain amount, Nesef will take care of the cost of delivery. Information on the issue can be found in the pricelist.

Risk of transportation is for the buyer. After delivery you must make sure to carefully check the goods. If a package sent by TNT should arrive damaged ( stains, opened, dented or otherwise damaged) you must not accept. We will take care of a replacement as soon as possible. If you do accept a damaged package, regrettably, we won’t be able to replace.

Wrong delivery
In case of a wrong delivery or when something in missing, you must let us know by telephone within 48 hours. Returned goods will be refused, if not notified to us by telephone and confirmed by Nesef. Notifications later than 48 hours after delivery can not be accepted. After consultation, the respective article must be returned
in its original packaging.

Personal information
Your name and postal address will be used only for sending the ordered goods and for payment procedures. Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for a secondary purpose. In the order-confirmation you may state whether or not you would like to receive a Nesef newsletter.

The Nesef company guarantees the quality of all delivered products. Nevertheless, should we despite thorough checks fail to deliver a product that meets the demands, you may return the product after consultation with us, in its complete original packaging,( including postal packaging) carefully wrapped and with sufficient postage. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.

It is your own choice to use “Nesef Healing Oil” and you therefore take full responsibility. Consequences which may be the result of the oil can not be passed on to Nesef. The effectiveness of Nesef products is not based on scientific evidence but based on experience.
